About EMS-Trade
One accountable partner integrating Shenzhen electronics manufacturing — boards, assembly, systems, export.
One group, one system.
EMS-Trade is the export brand of a Shenzhen manufacturing network that grew from one PCB workshop in Bao'an into six companies running under a single quality system. We own the boards, the assembly, the power engineering and the export desk — so a hardware buyer in Munich, Austin or Dubai holds one contract, one schedule and one person accountable.
Each sister company was started around a customer problem. Power supplies rugged enough for telecom. Energy storage that switches over in 10 ms. Supercapacitor banks matched to ±5%. Battery backup that hands over in under a millisecond.
Because every plant runs the same ISO 9001-based framework and the same engineering culture, we can deliver depth that a broker between factories cannot fake. When you sign with EMS-Trade, you do not hire one factory — you hire a chain from copper laminate to customs clearance.
One RFQ. One engineering review. One party to hold accountable. That is the whole point.
From one Bao'an workshop to six companies.
- 2001
HUAXING — Bao'an, PCB
A PCB workshop in Bao'an that becomes a 45,000 m² manufacturing campus: the network's foundation.
- 2009
VoltFab — first SMT line
The group's first SMT line goes live, with power electronics and motor-drive production joining the mix.
- 2010
EMS-Display
Display manufacturing starts, running 1M panels a month and adding the optical side of the network.
- 2014
EMS-Solar & RackForge
Solar capacity passes 2GW+ with micro-inverters from 400–1600W; RackForge opens sheet-metal and cabinet lines.
- 2016
EMS-ESS — Changsha
A dedicated energy-storage plant: 10 ms switching at 10,000 cycles, certified CE · IEC 62109 · UN38.3 and shipping to 20+ countries.
- 2019
Eyewear
Smart eyewear joins the network — the smallest, most personal boards we have ever shipped.
- 2021
CapStack
Supercapacitor production opens, with ±5% matched sets rated for 500,000 cycles.
- 2022
California wearables · 38 countries
A wearable design-and-build team in California; export reach crosses 38 countries.
- 2024
VoltBridge — GB300 generation
Backup battery units for the GB300 generation: 51.2V / 5.12kWh with sub-millisecond transfer.
- 2026
Power for AI data centers
All six companies serve one wave: power, conversion and enclosures for AI-era data centers, integrated as one system.
Why one partner beats three suppliers.
Vertical depth
From a 1-layer control board to a 58-layer HDI backplane — and from bare copper to a racked cabinet that holds 1,600 kg. Every layer of the build is owned by the same group.
Explore the capabilitiesOne system
Six companies, one ISO 9001-based framework, one audit cadence. IPC Class 3 acceptance and IATF 16949 automotive coverage run across the whole network — not just one line.
How quality is heldOne contract
One RFQ, one engineering review, one supplier to manage. FOB Shenzhen, CIF or DDP terms, an original-only sourcing desk, and a written reply inside 24–48 hours.
Start with a quote
Engineering team, 500+ strong.
More than 500 people run the Bao'an campus — process engineers, program managers, quality staff and operators who, between them, have built more than one factory line from the steel up.
Program managers sit inside the factory, not between factories. When your engineer asks a question, the answer comes from the person who will actually run your build; when a reel of parts arrives late, the person chasing it is the same one who wrote your test plan.
