Most consumer launches fail at the interface between suppliers, not at the product. We removed those interfaces: design for manufacturability reviewed in-house, component sourcing with documented origin, boards and assembly on the same floor, box build after it, and an export desk that handles the shipment. One DFM decision, one factory network, one ship-out — from a 58-layer flagship board to a display-backed smart device. And because the group's own display module lines run a million panels a month, a screened product stops being a coordination project at all. It is the difference between managing a supply chain and hiring one.
