Projects

Selected programs from the network — described by what they delivered, not by whom they belong to.

We rate programs the way a procurement team does: months from BOM to the first pallet, switch time on a battery, a meter holding its margin. Names stay private by customer agreement — the numbers do not.

Two programs, documented.

Residential energy-storage system built for a European OEM program

EU residential ESS OEM

One contract from BOM to the loading dock: boards and assembly across the network, ESS integration at the Changsha plant, racking at RackForge, certificates in the carton.

UN38.3, CE and IEC 62109 documented for every shipment. 6 months from the first RFQ to DDP at the customer's European warehouse — one program team, one change log, one party to call.

The shipped product hits the spec the market demands: 10 ms switchover and 10,000-cycle life, with the test records inside the lot.

48 V DC power shelves retrofitting a data-center distribution room

Data-center power-system retrofit

Replace legacy rectifier towers with 48 V DC power shelves: CRPS supplies from 550–2,400 W at 80+ Titanium efficiency, PDUs at 36 kW / 63 A, cabinets to 42–52 U.

The retrofit holds ±1% billing accuracy at the meter and a 250k h MTBF rating on the power chain, with a BBU bank behind it that hands over in under a millisecond — audited, documented, repeatable.

What their teams said.

"Six months from 'here is the BOM' to pallets in our EU warehouse — on a product our installers recognised because the certificates arrived with the first lot. They ran the whole chain like one company. It is one company."

Product director · European residential ESS OEM

"Our old rectifier towers were a metering liability. The retrofit holds ±1% at the meter, the power chain is rated 250,000 hours MTBF, and the switchover test was the cleanest we have ever witnessed. Audit sign-off took one phone call."
