Privacy Policy
EMS-Trade is the export-facing brand and operating network of Shenzhen Piesia Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. ("the company"), based in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Where this website asks you to submit personal information, the company is the data controller.
What we collect: when you use the enquiry form or email us, we receive the contact details you provide — name, company, country, email address — plus whatever product information you choose to attach: BOMs, schematics, board data, drawings, photographs and questions about certification. We keep only what is needed to answer you and to run your program.
How we use it: to respond to your inquiry, to run engineering review and quoting, to produce, test and deliver orders, to prepare export documentation and customs compliance, and to manage after-sales. We do not use your data for advertising. Anonymized or summarized technical patterns may be used to improve the network's capabilities; nothing identifying your company is published without written agreement.
Who else sees it: the sister production companies of the network that must see it to execute your order, logistics providers for freight and customs, and authorities only as required by regulation. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data. Processors and partners are bound by confidentiality obligations and limited access.
Retention, security and your rights: we keep records while a legitimate business reason exists — quotations, orders, contracts, testing and legal obligations — and then dispose of them in an orderly way. Access to your data is limited and controlled. You may ask for a copy, a correction or deletion by writing to sales@ems-trade.com; we will respond within the timeframe the law requires. We send only what you asked for.
Terms of Service
Website and quotations: this site presents the EMS-Trade network — its factories, capabilities, quality practices and representative programs. Information here is informational, not an offer. Quotations are written, non-binding until accepted, and every order is governed by the written order agreement signed by you and Shenzhen Piesia Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
Quotations and commitments: a quote is valid for the period stated in it and assumes your BOM, board data and quantities remain unchanged. Our estimate of 24–48 hours for an engineering response and quote is a service target, not a guarantee, for complete data packets. MOQ is line-dependent; prototype runs typically start from 1–100 pieces. Final prices, terms and payments are always those in the signed order confirmation.
Your files and confidentiality: you keep full ownership of your designs and documents. We use them only to run your program — review, manufacturing, testing, documentation and shipping. Materials are handled under confidentiality obligations to our staff, and an NDA is signed on request. We do not copy, re-use or transfer your intellectual property; engineering-change records are preserved for your program's accuracy.
Our materials: the EMS-Trade name, wordmark, design assets, page content and photography belong to the company and the network. Nothing here licenses their reuse. Product names and trademarks of other brands that appear on this site remain the property of their owners, and any reference is descriptive.
Disclaimers and governing law: every shipment leaves the network 100% tested and lot-traced under the quality standards stated per contract; warranties and remedies are exactly those in the order agreement. Site content is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law, and we are not liable for decisions made from it without a written quote. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; questions, disputes and requests go to sales@ems-trade.com first.
