Factory Network

Nine SMT lines inside a 45,000 m² Shenzhen campus — and five sister plants around it, running as one system.

How the same system is tested

Nine lines. One system.

Boards from HUAXING, power electronics from VoltFab, batteries and supercaps from the Changsha plant and CapStack, enclosures from RackForge — then one export desk ships the assembled result from Shenzhen under a single contract.

Hand-soldering station at the Bao'an campus, inspected to IPC Class 3

Hand soldering, governed by Class 3.

Not every joint needs a machine — and the ones that do not get a process, not a prayer. Our hand-soldering bays take socket ends, fine-pitch rework and the last 5% a placement nozzle cannot reach.

The same IPC-A-610 Class 3 acceptance criteria apply at every station, machine or manual. Each lot is traceable to operator and shift, and rework is measured like any other process — if a station reworks too much, the station gets fixed, not the habit.

ESD-controlled inspection station with quality audit at the Shenzhen campus

ESD and inspection — from dock to cabinet.

The campus runs an ESD-aware material flow from the receiving dock to the shipping door: grounding, carts, bins and audit checks at each transfer point. What arrives protected stays protected.

Inspection is layered, not terminal. Incoming QC on every lot, AOI after reflow, electrical test against your plan, then a final audit before the export desk releases the shipment. Nothing leaves Shenzhen without a test record that follows the lot.

Three questions buyers ask.

Can we visit the campus in Shenzhen?

Yes — visits to the Bao'an campus run by appointment, arranged through your program manager or the export desk. You will see the lines your build will run on, the same floor, not a mockup. Remote review for programs in early stages is available on request.

Which build sizes is the network optimized for?

High-mix, low-to-mid volume is the home turf: nine SMT lines let us give dedicated setup to programs other shops batch. Prototypes run from 1–100 pieces first, then transfer onto the same tooling for ramp — no new qualification, no new surprises.

How do six factories stay consistent with each other?

One documented quality framework: shared engineering change control, common IPC acceptance rules, the same QC gate at each plant and one audit cadence. Your product does not change character between the board shop and the box shop, because it was never supposed to.

Put the network behind your next build.

One RFQ to send, one engineering desk to answer — boards, assembly and hardware systems, shipped FOB, CIF or DDP.
